Pallet Inverters
At Premier Handling Solutions we handle everything from pallet transferring, pallet straightening, pallet dispensing, pallet tipping and pallet washing. The first recognizable FS pallet inverter was developed in Norfolk in around 1976. It was built using the hydraulics salvaged from a dustcart! The concept proved very popular with ICI Fertilizers who bought at least 60 pallet inverters for their distribution stores and factories throughout the country. The use of the machines cut their pallet losses enormously and helped to contain spillages in the warehouse. Many cold storages were among the first companies to take up the idea due to broken pallets caused by frost created on the pallet racking. A better solution was to allow for ground loading, hence the birth of the pallet retriever or G95 pallet inverter. Where the original pallet inverters were designed with a 4,400 lb. capacity, the retriever was rarely required to handle over one ton. As the years progressed specific applications created needs for other styles of machines. We can now handle almost any load transfer application with our unique designs of machines. The FS pallet inverter, FSDC pallet inverter, FDL pallet inverter, RR1 pallet inverter, RR2 pallet inverter, DD1.25 pallet inverter along with the G95 pallet inverter, pallet changer and “V” changer gives us the widest range of any pallet transferring company today.
